Sustainable Factories
Embark on a journey to make your factory more sustainable
and cost-competitive with the support of our expert team.
A sustainable factory is one that uses energy, water, and materials efficiently, practices circularity with respect to waste streams, minimises pollution of air, land and water and complies with environmental and health and safety legislation. Sustainable Factories is a structured programme designed to transition any factory from current state to one of enhanced sustainability.
The programme identifies environmental and health and safety risks, develops mitigation strategies and manages implementation. The resource efficiency aspects of the programme effectively make it a solution that funds itself, as the compounded savings are typically sizable.
The programme is provided for a fixed monthly fee which covers the costs for engineering, measurement, reporting and coaching of client staff. In addition to routine monitoring and support, client sites receive a full list of detailed sustainability projects complete with quantitative analysis, detailed resource management strategies, risk assessments, and ongoing staff coaching. Training can also be provided to staff on a proposal basis.
